These terms cover your use of CA Life Exam Prep. They are a plain description of the arrangement, not legal advice.

What this is

Independently written practice questions and mock exams for the California Life-Only licensing exam, in English and Simplified Chinese.

What this is not

This is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the California Department of Insurance, PSI, or any government agency. These are not real exam questions — real items are confidential, and nobody can sell you those. A readiness estimate is an educational prediction from your own practice history. It is not a promise about exam day, and no purchase guarantees a passing result.

Your account

One account per person. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one, because what makes this product worth anything — your readiness estimate, your mastery by section, your wrong-answer notebook — is computed from one person's answers, and a shared account corrupts all three.

Passes and refunds

Passes grant access for a fixed number of days from purchase. They do not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel. If something is wrong with your pass, email us and we will sort it out.

Access codes

A code from a class or instructor grants the same access a purchased pass does, for the period the code specifies. Codes are issued for a named group; sharing one publicly exhausts the seats meant for your classmates.

What you may not do

Copy, republish, resell, or scrape the question bank. The questions are original work, written against the published exam objectives and checked against primary law.

Content accuracy

We check statutory claims against the California Insurance Code, the Internal Revenue Code and SSA material directly, and where no statute exists we say so rather than inventing a citation. We still get things wrong sometimes. Tell us and we will fix it. The exam is the authority; we are study material.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes.
